Womp womp Helena forgot to take photos of most of her food this week, so lucky for you, I will show you what I ate for Easter Lunch/Dinner!
We had this delicious orange-infused carrot cake that you can see in the top left, my lunch of raw salmon, cod and cooked pork with some vegetables (top right) and for dinner: potatoes, a broccoli/walnut/onion salad and lamb!
I also will take this time to point out that potatoes here in Denmark taste SO much better than back at home? Why they do? I’m not sure. Looks like someone on Yahoo Answers had the same question…
I also got some sweet minestrone soup this past week at an organic, vegetarian restaurant called Morgenstedetin Christiana! No pictures allowed though so sadly I didn’t take a picture, but definitely a place worth hitting up!
